Age Limit
- General Manager (IT) – Maximum 56 years
- Deputy General Manager (HR) – Maximum 56 years
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) – 33 to 55 years
- Assistant General Manager (Accounts) – 33 to 55 years
- Manager (HR/Legal) – 25 to 35 years
Age will be calculated as on 1 September 2026. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per rules.
Education & Experience
Assistant General Manager (Accounts): CA / CMA / MBA Finance / PGDM Finance with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
“`Manager (Human Resource): MBA HR / PGDM HR with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Manager (Legal): LLB/LLM with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Graduation + ICSI Company Secretary membership with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
IT and HR Deputation Posts: Required higher post and relevant work experience are required.
“`Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Shortlisting and Interview. If there are a large number of applications, the bank may conduct application screening and, if required, a Group Discussion.
Application Fee
SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175
All Other Candidates: ₹850
GST and other applicable bank charges may be extra. The application fee will not be refunded.
Salary
- Assistant General Manager and Manager posts will have the prescribed NHB Pay Scale.
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) contract post – ₹3.50 lakh per month.
- Contract period – 3 years.
