3. Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
• Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I): Graduation in any discipline along with any one valid certification (IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India, NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination, NISM Series XXI-A Portfolio Management Services, or NISM Series V-D). Preferred: 2 years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management, MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
• Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II): Graduation in any discipline, Chartered Accountant (CA), Minimum 1 year banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Corporate Credit will be preferred.

5. Application Fee

6. Salary & Pay Scale
• JMG/S-I: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
• MMG/S-II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
Note: Selected candidates will receive applicable allowances, benefits, perquisites, and facilities according to the bank’s prevailing policies.
7. Selection Process & Online Exam Pattern

8. Probation Period & Service Bond

• Service Bond: JMG/S-I officers must serve a minimum of 3 years (maximum ₹2 lakh service bond amount may apply). MMG/S-II officers must serve a minimum of 3 years (maximum ₹3 lakh service bond amount may apply) as per current terms.
