अन्य राज्यों के reserved category applicants को Punjab reservation/relaxation का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा और उन्हें UR/General category में apply करना होगा।
Educational Qualification
- मान्यता प्राप्त University से Bachelor of Arts (BA) या Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) या equivalent degree होनी चाहिए।
- 10वीं (Matriculation) में Punjabi एक विषय के रूप में पास होना चाहिए।
- Computer Operation की proficiency होनी चाहिए।
- Qualification आवेदन की closing date तक पूरी होनी चाहिए।

English Subjective Part
- Essay (150 Words) – 10 Marks
- Letter – 05 Marks

- Punjabi to English Translation – 10 Marks
प्रत्येक subject में कम से कम 33% marks और Written Examination में कुल 40% marks प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है।
Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
- CPT qualifying nature का होगा।
- Spreadsheet Test – 10 Marks / 10 Minutes
- Spreadsheet Test में कम से कम 4 Marks (40%) प्राप्त करना होगा।
- Computer Typing Test English में 30 W.P.M. की speed पर होगा।
- CPT के marks final merit में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे।
- Typing Test उन्हीं candidates का check होगा जो Spreadsheet Test में 4 या उससे अधिक marks प्राप्त करेंगे।

Final Select List Written Examination (CBT) में प्राप्त marks की merit के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
Answer Key
- Written Examination के बाद provisional Answer Key official website पर जारी की जाएगी।
- Candidate Answer Key पर objection कर सकता है।
- प्रत्येक objection के लिए ₹25/- non-refundable fee होगी।
- Objection के साथ उचित reason और documentary proof देना होगा।
Admit Card & Exam Date
- E-Admit Card official website पर upload किया जाएगा।
- Candidate को Email/SMS के माध्यम से भी सूचना दी जा सकती है।
- Admit Card post के माध्यम से नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
- Exam Date official website पर बाद में notify की जाएगी।
- Examination Northern India में किसी suitable location पर आयोजित हो सकती है।
